SEC Predictions for Week 4

i am having a fantastic year straight up picking the SEC this season through 3 weeks. the only games where I have tripped up have been Ole Miss Vs JSU and LSU Vs mississippi State. My ATS record is strong as well. Let us gaze into the crystal ball to find out what shall happen this week.

Alabama -7 1/2 Arkansas
this game features two unproven defenses against two of the best offenses in the country. I think because of the balance that Alabama has on offense they have a slight edge in the game and I have to pick Alabama to win and cover in Razorback country.

Mississippi State -1 Georgia
this is a must win game for Georgia. Starting 0-3 in the SEC would kill Mark Richt. Mississippi State is just too bad on offense to win this game and there is too much on the line for Georgia.

Ole Miss -3 Fresno State
Ole Miss is the worst team in the SEC. Fresno is 3rd in the WAC behind its two powers Nevada and Boise. Ole Miss is just too bad to win this game. As much as I hate to think Ole Miss will go 2-10 this year, it looks like thats how things will be.

Florida -16 Kentucky
I still do not think Florida is playing well enough on offense to have an easy win over any SEC team. Kentucky has some weapons on offense and with Florida playing Alabama next week, this may be a trap game for the Gators. I think Kentucky has a fair shot at an upset here.

LSU -10 West Virginia
LSU has an anemic offense and an overrated defense. Jordan Jefferson isnt much better than the innacurate interception machines in Starkville. LSU has an overrated defense. They gave up 400+ to UNC through the air, but good showings against Vandy and State must mean they are great right? WRONG! WVU pulls a big upset.
WVU 27, LSU 17

Auburn -3 South Carolina
Auburn has just won two physical battles in a row over teams much lesser than USC. They havent played a complete game all year. Carolina on the other hand has the best defense in the SEC in my mind. Expect a lot of Lattimore and defense as Spurrier wins big.

Tennessee -14 UAB
Why is the line so low? UAB lost to FAU, then got blown out by SMU. Sure they won with a hail mary on the last play over Troy, but this one will be over by the end of the 1st. Tennessee doesnt need depth in this one.
