Week 5 SEC Predictions

As soon as i post my predictions on the site, all my success vanishes. Maybe I can fix the leaks this week.

SU 30-6
ATS 19-13

Alabama (-8) Vs Florida
The crimson tide grew up a lot last week against Arkansas in the 2nd half. Florida doesnt have the vertical passing game to torch Alabama's defense like Mallet did in the 1st half last week. i think the Gators will hang tough, but Alabama is more talented.
Alabama 28, Florida 14

Vanderbilt (+10.5) At UCONN
UCONN has been a big disappointment this year, and Vanderbilt's improvement has been a pleasant surprise. i think Vandy gets their 1st NC win on the raod over a BCS conf. opponent since 2006.
Vanderbilt 24, UCONN 20

Kentucky (+4) Ole Miss
I was surprised by Ole Miss last week against Fresno. they seem to have gotten their head on straight and i think they can win a close one over Kentucky if they play how they are capable of playing for the 2nd week in a row, but im going to take the Cats with the points.
Ole Miss 34, Kentucky 31

Mississippi State Vs Alcorn State
I was impressed with the improvement of the State offense against the Dawgs in a dominating performance. This is a dangerous State team when they play that well all around.
Mississippi State 45, Alcorn State 9

Auburn (-35) Vs ULM
Cam Newton may be the NCAA's MVP. Auburn is a 1-3 team without him. With him they are 4-0 with 3 solid victories over good teams. After 3 straight weeks of drama, Auburn gets a much earned break.
Auburn 56, ULM 17

Tennessee (+16) At LSU
Because of LSU's struggling offense, I am going out on a limb and picking an upset everyone will consider me insane for. I think if Tennessee can play ball control offense and keep their defense rested so they dont get gassed and give up big rushing numbers to LSU they have a great shot to win. If they do this and dont make foolish mistakes they can come out of Baton Rouge with a season changing upset.
Tennessee 23, LSU 20

Georgia (-4) At Colorado
This is a must win for Georgia and a very important game for Colorado. Both hot seat coaches will feel more pressure if they fail to win this game. this would be an exponentially greater crushing blow for Mark Richt than last weeks loss to State. i think Georgia just has too much talent to lose this game.
Georgia 34, Colorado 20
